G-Force Communications Ltd was established in April 2005 to offer the SME sector a professional consultancy service combining competitive pricing on business tariffs and mobile phones with an honest and personal level of customer care. Based in Runcorn, Cheshire they are an authorised dealer able to offer connectivity to each of the major mobile networks.

After being employed within the industry for over 16 years the founding partners recognised that there was a general lack of customer loyalty, due largely to poor customer service and false promises, and decided that a change was in order.

G-Force Communications Ltd policy is to place an emphasis on establishing strong working relationships with their customers to encourage loyalty. This is achieved by identifying solutions to meet requirements, through regular pro-active contact, and by monitoring their accounts so that costs and any potential problems are minimised. They also keep customers abreast of new technologies, industry and company news, and offer associated products and services.

In 2006 they began work with one of the UK's largest service providers to offer heavily discounted call rates on business landlines. Their services now also include the provision of new line installations, transfers, and also broadband.

In 2008 they added Fleet Vehicle Tracking to their product portfolio in order to help companies control their workforce, increase their productivity, reduce their operating costs (especially fuel expenditure), and improve their legislation compliance.
